Location: Indiana Cutstock operation set up on lineshaft with sawmill, trim saw and gang saw. Vertical band bolter mill on 7' circle mill carriage with hydrostatic drive, handles up to 30" logs, single clamping, 25" band wheels, 1 1/2" bands, head tilts back at the end of the log for easy carriage return, cant kicker, sawdust blower, 2-strand live deck with self loader for bolts, 21' long, 30" wide, outfeed chain leads to cant kicker, 20" double end trimmer, heavy duty, factory built. Gang saw with cant return, 12" blades, handles up to 4" x 15" cants, 20 extra blades. Minimum of 150 HP power requirement for optimal operation. 20' belt conveyor. Honeyville Metal sawdust blower. 48' of 2" lineshaft. No air or hydraulics or electrical. With one person, producing 800-1,000 feet per day of 1" pallet material. With 5 operators, produces 7,000 to 8,000 feet per day.
