Sawmill operation: HMC Model 206 Hummerhead rosserhead debarker, 12' 4-strand infeed deck with stop & load and barnsweep, SANBORN Min-Max customized for up to 8" double cut blades, includes 19 7" serviceable saws, operator cab, SilvaTech setworks, 4 headblocks, handles logs 30" diameter x 21' length, 50 HP 3-phase power, 25 HP hydraulic power pack, 10 HP Sullair screw-type air compressor with Motivair twin tower air dryer new in 2003, includes MELLOTT 60' outfeed conveyor. 12' transfer deck 4'-strand with rooftop chain, leads to HOSMER (HMC) 6"x42" 3-saw bull edger, can add extra blades, 30 HP 3-phase, 16' outfeed rollcase, 24" width, 6" rollers leads to 4-strand 20' greenchain. PRECISION 48" 3-knife ChipPac, 75 HP 3-phase, dual loading system with vibrating conveyor, sawdust blower, dust chutes, 5'x5' screens. LAVCOR 42" sawdust blower with cyclone, 25 HP, built very heavy duty. Everything powered by 3306 CAT genset, 11,000 hours, still in great condition. Includes all electrical, motor controls, heated air system, and 198. Has been producing only small logs 12" and smaller and averaging 7,000 board feet daily in grade and 10,000 or more board feet daily in softwoods. Capable of much more daily production with larger logs and upwards of 300 ties per day.
