1995 Heartwood Model 300 with 80 HP Perkins Diesel with 2544 hours. 6" double cut. Working sawmill. Programmable setworks, hydraulic blade guide, trailer package, live loading hydraulic log deck, Model 220 Hanchett right hand automatic grinder and a Model 230 Hanchett left hand automatic grinder. Has lead screws instead of chain which ensures accuracy of cut. This is a high production mill and when making cants, can cut 100 - 150 logs per day.

The sawmill has a roof system to protect from the elements and there is also a Pantagraph sawdust removal system and blower.

Also included is a Forklift with Pay Loader, Foley Belsaw Edger, and blowers.
